How old are you?

Some one please tell me my eyes are playing tricks on me! Please!! Why you may ask...this morning I witnessed a grown man ride his razor scooter to work...in my office no less!!! Did I mention he was wearing his helment and elbow pads?? This has to be a joke...I am dedicating the day to finding out who this fool was!
