If you haven’t heard, Chris Brown is being ‘black balled.’ Many of his fans have complained about not being able to find his album at their local retail stores…the main complaints refer to Walmart. Judging from the frequency of the curse words on Brown’s twitter page, he’s not happy about it. He’s cursing the retailers and the industry…yet apologizing to his fans all at the same time. My question to you is, does he have the right to complain? Are the retailers ‘noble’ for keeping Graffiti off the shelves??

ReplyDeleteI actually think its ridiculous that he is being black balled. at the end of the day ppl still supported r kelly even though we know he was peeing on little girls, ppl still like to see Mike Tyson fight, and ppl still listen to Kirk Franklin's gospel music even though he is a known porn addict. the kid made a mistake, albiet a big mistake, but who are we to judge...plus i think the album is pretty good.
ReplyDeleteKirk Franklin is addicted to porn?!?!???!??!!! lmao, i seriously didn't know that....but it does explain a lot lmao
ReplyDeleteI agree Sha, he made a huge mistake which he obviously still needs help with cause it's foolish for him to respond on twitter like that (twitter is stupid anyway). However Walmart is the LAST place that should be black balling anyone. I'm pretty sure we should still be black balling them right now. And I am 100% sure there a lot of artist's CDs that they are selling which have questionable characteristics. Leave it to the consumer to choose who they want to listen to and who they want to support, whether it is a good album or not...
ReplyDeleteOh and Franzy you made late yo, lol
ReplyDeletehahaha yea he has a serious addiction. lol and I fully agree Tunes. the way walmart treats their employees is far from perfect.
ReplyDeleteHe still makes the hype gospel traxx! lmao, and yes Twitter is extra stupid
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of people are finding it difficult to sympathize for this young man because of his arrogance. Perhaps blackballing his CD is a little over the top however Brown isn’t helping his image by having a bitch fit(on twitter no less) My biggest issue with brown is how he has dealt with the backlash. He is not AT ALL humble in his remarks and he seems to think that he deserves to be forgiven. That air of cockiness is not helping his image at all.
ReplyDeleteThe only way for him to salvage his career, and get his CD's on the shelves, is if he shuts up (permanently about Chriannagate) and let the music speak for itself.
I def agree...shut up and sing breezy!
