Imagine a regular Saturday afternoon in NYC with a few friends. Then suddenly you see a huge cloud looking space ship flying overhead...the straight out of independence day kind! Then you turn on the radio only to find out that this is happening all over!! It made a good movie, so the execs at abc have taken the origin of independence day and put a few big spins on it to make a very interesting sci-fi drama. OK... First episode was pretty good. I'll stay watching, but this doesn't seem as good as some other shows this season.
