Silly Engineers...

I know I know, the posting hiatus is getting out of hand. Trust me, soon as school is over in a few weeks I'm back on it full time. Until then I'll get in as many informative and entertaining posts as possible.

Now for the post!
So, a few weeks ago Engadget posted about this military vehicle DAPRA is trying to build which is fundamentaly a Hummer that flies. Now as an engineer, transformer fanboy, and Toys'r'us kid...this sounds absolutely fantastic!!! But as the writers of the original post point out...the idea is rather flawed. I mean honest, the wings of such a vehicle would be an easy target to take it down w/ minimal resources, so why would you put the gas in there?!?!? Click the link below for the full story.
