So I read this study this morning and apparently more than 50% of parents in the United States fully support their 25 year old (and up) children. I can't say I'm surprised because I've got a few friends and family members in such situations, but that's crazy to me. In my parents day they were rushing to get out the house! What do you think about this statistic?

The Governator
For those of y'all who thought the rumors about the terminator's (Arnold) new cartoon were hilarious are in for a bit of a surprise. Because they aren't rumors! See the first footage of "The Governator" which is set to debut some time in 2012...if we make it that far.

Kinect Video Conference of the Future
I've been out of the regular college community for a while, but I've recently taken a few classes on a campus and seen a number of classes being taught via Skype. From what I hear it is a very popular alternative for classes being taught in multiple locations and online classes. Well check out this system of video conferencing developed at MIT. Really makes a video conferencing session interactive and intelligent for lack of a better word. I could really use something smart like this at work...cuz our video conferences suck! are old school.

PSA - Long Island Restaurant Week!
Love food?? Well I do!!! This week is Long Island's first restaurant week of the Spring...it started today and will go until Sunday the 10th. Take this opportunity to try out some of the pricier restaurants on the island w/ 3 course menus for $24.95 throughout. I've tried experiencing these weeks in NYC and DC and its a win for everyone. Go for it guys! And if anyone would like to take me out...I'd be happy to recommend a place...or 3!
