I know it may be too late for most, but I feel compelled to share. For the past couple months, I've been doing p90x...and i've got to say, the results are definitely visible. If you wanna get right for next summer, def start a program...word to the wise though, you have to follow the diet plan too! o, and fyi...this was a busy week, more frequent blogging gauranteed for next week going forward!!

TV you should know about....7

Yesterday jcniper put me on to this new show from NBC called "Persons Unknown"(Monday nights at 10pm). So far it looks like a really good show...starts off like a saw movie...people wake up somewhere w/ no idea how they got there and the first episode ends w/ a crazy twist! I saw it on hulu last night, check it out:

Did anyone know they were having the 2010 movie awards this past sunday? Probably not...Anyway, Les Grossman (Tom Cruise's character from Tropic Thunder) broke it down...probably the only part of the show worth watching. I got the video here for your viewing pleasure. Also Ken Jeung and that dude from the Hangover also perform that tiger song...def get at least one laugh...enjoy:

iPhone 4 news!!!

As promised, the iPhone 4 was announced by Steve Jobs today, and it just may be the best smart phone you could have asked for. Some little known additions include a new radio antenna scheme that looks to even make AT&T's network seem decent, video chat between iphones, HD video...yes 720p in the palm of your hand, the thinnest phone smartphone around, super hi-res screen, and apple's A4 processer pushing it super fast!

The phone will be available in 16gb ($200) & 32gb ($300)...the 3gs will go down to $99 and the 3g has been discountinued (suprise suprise). Preorders for the phone start on June 15th and the phone is officially releasing in the US on June 24th! The day everyone will be running to an apple/at&t store!!!

Flashforward fans are doing their best to bring the show back and i'm loving it!!! On june 10th fans are planning to stage a blackout for 2 mins and 17 seconds (like the show...) in front of the ABC offices! I'm so there, check out the flyer:

As stupid as game shows can get...this is def the stupidest, which in turn makes it the GREATEST! Object of the show...make people FAIL, HARD. I've never laughed so hard at a TV show. Heres a sneak peak at this coming season:
